The 2027 retreat space is still being prepared.
Lake Sai Farm is the living ground of Tianxin.
It is not a petting zoo, a resort, or a spiritual performance space. It is a working farm sanctuary where animals, land, weather, care, birth, aging, and death are part of the practice.
Here, Tianxin is not only taught through words. It is lived through daily relationship — with animals, with the land, with the body, with silence, and with the honest rhythm of care.
What Lake Sai Farm Is
Lake Sai Farm is a home for animals and a place of practice.
The sanctuary holds horses, dogs, goats, cats, and elder animals who live here as beings with their own dignity, histories, needs, and timing. The farm is not separate from the teaching. It is the teaching.
To walk here is to enter a slower relationship with life — one that asks for attention, humility, patience, and care.
This is where the Tianxin practice of 與天地萬物同行 — walking with all beings — becomes visible.
The Animals
Who Live Here
The animals here are not symbols placed on the land to decorate a teaching.
They are family.
Some teach through strength. Some teach through softness. Some teach through grief, aging, illness, recovery, trust, mischief, or quiet presence. Horses teach honesty because they cannot be fooled. Dogs teach devotion without speeches. Goats teach survival and joy in the same breath. Elder animals teach dignity in the seasons most humans fear.
Each one has a life of their own.
To meet them is not to consume an experience. It is to enter relationship.
Animals Are Not Props
At Lake Sai Farm, animals are not used as therapy tools, entertainment, photo objects, or spiritual accessories.
They are not here to perform healing on demand.
The teaching begins when we stop asking animals to serve our needs, and begin listening to who they are.
Some animals may come close. Some may stay away. Some may offer trust slowly. Some may teach through their boundary. All of that is part of the practice.
The animal is not the activity.
The relationship is the doorway.
Animal Consent & Safety
All animal encounters are guided, respectful, and never forced.
Each animal’s comfort, health, temperament, and boundaries come first. Visitors are invited to observe, slow down, and meet the animals with care rather than expectation.
For safety and for the dignity of the animals, Lake Sai Farm is not open for drop-in visits. Retreats, classes, and private visits are offered only through application, invitation, or scheduled arrangement.
This protects the animals, the land, the visitors, and the integrity of the work.

You may enter through the land, through animals, through art, through private soul work, through study, or through a question that has been waiting inside you for years.
