Service Description

The unconscious mind doesn't speak in words. It speaks in images, sensations, and symbols. In this 1.5-day (9 hours) intensive, we enter the language of the inner world through visualization and symbolic art-making. Patterns that have been running your life below the surface begin to become visible — and once visible, they can be released or transformed. Drawn from Suhela's training in the Phyllis Krystal symbolic visualization method and her MFA creative practice. Programs may take the form of workshops, short courses, or multi-session learning experiences, and are adapted to the needs of different groups and settings. Creative methods—such as visualization, symbolic exploration, and art-based reflection—are used as tools for learning rather than as artistic training. The emphasis is on cultivating clarity, presence, and the capacity to engage thoughtfully with one’s internal and external environment. These educational designs support sustainable learning and integration, offering participants practical frameworks they can continue to apply beyond the learning space.
